When should I schedule a health fair?

Anytime is the right time to enhance wellness!  However, it is best not to schedule a fair near a major holiday or during another corporate event or meeting.  Try to choose a day when the majority of your employees can attend!

How long does an event last?

Depends on the number of employees expected to attend and what hours they work.  We find that weekday events from 11A-2P are convenient for most employees and exhibitors.  This usually maximizes attendance and improves the chance of getting the exhibitors you want.  However, you may need to adjust or add hours to accommodate shifts or other obstacles that might prevent employees from attending.   

What facilities are required?

We ask that you provide an area within the building large enough to accommodate all of the exhibitors you have requested.  You will also need to provide tables, chairs, and electricity for the exhibitors.  The exhibitors will bring the rest!  Our staff will review any special needs in advance if required by an exhibitor.

Can I choose the categories for my event?

Yes!  But please remember that not all of the exhibitors may be available on the day of your event.  We recommend that you pick several more categories than you wish to have onsite so that we can make sure we obtain the total number of exhibitors that you want.

Will the exhibitors accept our insurance?

Absolutely!  Alanola considers a corporation's insurance carriers and geographical location before inviting exhibitors to your event.  This assures that the exhibitors are in-network providers and located within a reasonable distance of your location!

What are the fees for your services?

Fees vary depending on which services you would like to take advantage of.  However, by working with local health and wellness professionals, we are usually able to take advantage of "free exhibitors" to keep your costs down.  Frequently we can provide an entire health fair at no cost to the corporation!

Can we invite our own exhibitors or insurance carriers?

Absolutely.  You can let us plan your entire event, or simply take advantage of our exhibitor list.  If you would like us to invite your insurance carriers on your behalf, we would be happy to do so as long as we are provided with their names, contacts, and contact info.
