How it Works

The process is simple!  Alanola Health Services has established relationships with local health and wellness professionals eager to attend corporate wellness events.  Our corporate clients have access to this list so that they can select the exhibitors and/or activities they would like at their health fair. 

Our exhibitor list is large and diverse.  The exhibitors are interactive and will bring their own displays and information regarding their services.  Some will provide free screenings, and most will bring games, raffle items and/or free-bees for the employees to enjoy.  The corporation need only to supply tables, chairs, and electricity for the exhibitors.  To view our category of exhibitors, click here:

Once a corporation has established a day and time for their event, Alanola will send invitations to our established exhibitor list and reserve the exhibitors and/or activities requested by the corporation.   We recommend that you consult with Alanola before choosing a day and time to ensure that there is not another corporate health fair in your area on the same day. 

Internal Support Equals Success!

Alanola Health Services will work in conjunction with the HR or benefits department to coordinate your event.  Although we will secure all of the exhibitors for your event and help with its promotion, we encourage as much company involvement as possible.  The success of your event is directly related to the internal advertising and support.  In order for an event to be successful, the HR/Benefits department must be actively involved in promoting it.  Alanola will provide flyers, posters, teasers, emails and any other requested items that we can provide in order to make  your job as simple and easy as possible!
