Services Available Through Health Fairs Plus

Health Fairs Plus can handle certain elements of your health fair or coordinate the entire event.  Companies can take advantage of some or all of these services:

Pre-planning consultation with assigned Events Manager

5-40 customized and local exhibitors (VIEW CATEGORIES)

 Coordinate Medical Screenings (Cholesterol, Glucose, Flu shots, etc.) *

 

Coordinate Health Assessments (BMI, Vision, Massage, Stress tests, etc) *

 Marketing Services (Design and print posters, flyers, emails and other promotional materials for the health fair.) 

 Raffle programs (Design and create programs as well as provide items to be raffled)  

Event Manager(s) and other personnel onsite to set up, manage, and break down the event. 

 Coordinate additional venue details (table rentals, table cloths, decorations, food, entertainment, games, etc.)
