Seated Massage

Seated massage is the most popular and convenient of the massage services.  Employees sit in a special seated massage chair that gives the therapist easy access to the neck and back regions.  Employees are leaning slightly forward with their face laying on a padded head rest.  The therapist then focuses on the neck, shoulders and upper back with access to the lower back, arms, and hands. 

Employees are fully clothed throughout the massage.  The convenience of the massage chair means no preparation time is needed for the employee.  Simply lean forward in the chair and enjoy.  The amount of pressure applied by the therapist and the areas treated is totally up to the employee.  The therapist will ask that the employee notify them if any part of the massage is uncomfortable.  The length of the massage is generally pre-determined by the organizer.  The disposable face sheet is replaced after each massage and the chair is wiped clean.
