Table Massage

Table massage is similar to the traditional massages offered at spas and resorts.   Employees lay on a padded massage table faced down.  The therapist then focuses on the neck, shoulders and upper and lower back with access to the arms, legs, hands, and feet.   

Employees are fully clothed throughout the massage.  The convenience of the portable table offers more extensive options to the employee.  Employees may choose to have just their shoulders and upper back treated, or they may ask that the therapist treat their lower back, arms, legs, hands, and feet as well. 

The amount of pressure applied by the therapist and the areas treated is totally up to the employee.  The therapist will ask that the employee notify them if any part of the massage is uncomfortable.  The length of the massage is generally pre-determined by the organizer.  The disposable covers are replaced and the table wiped clean after each massage. 

EMPLOYEES MUST INFORM THE THERAPISTS OF ANY PRE-EXISTING HEALTH CONDITIONS THAT MAY CAUSE CONCERN.
