Orthotics AnalysisOrthotics Analysis An Orthotics analysis will determine several things about the way you walk. The screening evaluates pronation and supination, rear to forefoot patterns, weight distribution, and stability. By doing so, a specialist can determine if improper foot mechanics may be causing pain in your feet, knees, and/or hips as a result of being misaligned. To conduct the analysis, an employees places his or her feet on a digital scanner. The scanner creates a digital footprint of each foot which shows weight distribution and alignment. The specialist compares the results to the standards set forth by the medical industry and determines if an employees has improper foot mechanics. The test is painless and non intrusive (unless you don't like to remove your shoes) and takes less than 5 minutes.
