Stress Free Day

Alanola Health Services provides Stress Free Days to Corporations interested in a Wellness Program at no cost.  We can help your company create a Stress Free Day for your employees at any location nationwide. Our "Relax the Back Program” makes an incredible gift for employees by providing wonderful 15-20 min break for them during the workday.  They will feel relaxed and rejuvenated, be happier and healthier, and best of all, be more productive at work. 

Here's how it works:
Stress Free Days are designed to help employees who suffer from tension, back pains, neck pains, or shoulder pains as a result of physical or mental/emotional stress.  During a Stress Free Day, a local doctor and a licensed massage therapist team up to provide free spinal stress screenings and seated chair massage. The employee first receives a spinal stress evaluation where the doctor will identify tight and/or tense areas in the back, neck, and shoulders.  Once the spinal evaluation is complete, employees may then enjoy a head, neck and shoulder Chair Massage before returning to work.  The massage will work on the troubled areas determined by the doctor during the evaluation. The program is simple, non intrusive, and employees love it!
